Lead Relationship Specialist


We are searching for an ambitious, attention to detail, tech savvy, experienced
Lead Relationship Specialist to help our company attract new customers and grow our existing Lead Provider book.

The incumbent will be required to strengthen and increase our online and social media traffic You will also be required to oversee and devise a lead generation strategy that will improve our outreach on all our platforms and contribute to the growth of our customer base and business revenue.


Responsibilities:


  • Driving our lead generation campaigns, through increasing traffic to our website and social media platforms
  • Generating new leads search engines to increase brand awareness
  • Creating fresh lead generation tactics according to customers' needs
  • Following up on leads and conducting market research to identify potential customers
  • Managing our internal leads portal to ensure consistent site traffic growth, as well as ensure that any expired leads database are cleaned up and reactivated for Sales Team prospecting
  • Maintaining our lead databases and tracking lead sources
  • Submitting marketing and sales leads and completing a weekly pipeline report
  • Need to be able to initiate target market interest in the Africa Direct Bond Optimiser business

Requirements:


  • Maintain and manage a portfolio of completed projects with a focus on Lead Prospecting, Lead Optimisation and Lead Management
  • Maintain, manage and grow an existing Lead Provider book/database
  • Proven experience in lead generation or lead management environment
  • Familiar with lead management software, such as Roll Works and Lead feeder
  • Knowledge of customer relationship management programs, including HubSpot and Salesforce
  • Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Communications or Marketing

Salary:
Up to R18,000.00 per month


Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Cape Town,

Western Cape:
Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
