- Responsibilities:
- Purchasing of components for the assembly of pumps, selling of spare parts and maintaining all stock levels in stores.
- Service the needs of the company's existing clients and respond to new sales enquiries.
- Proficient in the generation and follow up process of quotations and placing orders at suppliers.
- Ability to receive, manage or escalate customer complaints related to the sale of the company's products / services.-

- 1.
Previous sales and procurement experience relating to pumps and components of pumps (not negotiable) - 2. Professional telephone manner 3. Selfmotivated, energetic, dependable, honest, and thorough. 4. Understanding of ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System 5. Computer literate with knowledge of ERP systems and Intermediate level MS Excel 6. Flexible and mature approach with ability to work unsupervised 7. Familiar with the invoicing process and have previous experience with expediting.
