- We are currently seeking a highly motivated and skilled
Warehouse Administrator to join our client's dynamic team. As a Warehouse Administrator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operations of their warehouse based in
Responsibilities:
- Utilise your expertise in SAP modules, particularly PPQM, MM, and OTC, to manage and optimize warehouse processes.
- Oversee the creation and maintenance of Work Orders, Purchase Orders, and Stock Transfer Orders to ensure accurate and timely inventory management.
- Collaborate with various teams, including procurement, logistics, and production, to coordinate material flow and maintain adequate stock levels.
- Execute regular inventory audits and cycle counts to maintain inventory accuracy and identify discrepancies.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, including NRTA and OHS Act, to create a safe and secure working environment for all employees.
- Support the development and implementation of warehouse policies and procedures to enhance operational efficiency and minimize errors.
- Track and record inbound and outbound shipments, ensuring ontime deliveries and efficient distribution of products.
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement and implement appropriate corrective actions.
- Provide training to warehouse staff on SAP functionalities and best practices for warehouse operations.
- Identify opportunities for process optimization and continuous improvement to enhance warehouse productivity.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Matric Certificate & Diploma in Warehousing/Logistics
- Proven experience as a Warehouse Administrator or in a similar role, with a focus on SAP PPQM, MM, and OTC modules.
- Indepth knowledge of NRTA and OHS Act regulations.
- Demonstrated ability to manage Work Orders, Purchase Orders, and Stock Transfer Orders effectively.
- Strong organizational and problemsolving skills to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work collaboratively with crossfunctional teams.
- Detailoriented mindset with a commitment to accuracy and data integrity.
- Previous experience in conducting inventory audits and implementing inventory management strategies is an advantage.
