  • We are currently seeking a highly motivated and skilled

Warehouse Administrator to join our client's dynamic team. As a Warehouse Administrator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operations of their warehouse based in


Responsibilities:


  • Utilise your expertise in SAP modules, particularly PPQM, MM, and OTC, to manage and optimize warehouse processes.
  • Oversee the creation and maintenance of Work Orders, Purchase Orders, and Stock Transfer Orders to ensure accurate and timely inventory management.
  • Collaborate with various teams, including procurement, logistics, and production, to coordinate material flow and maintain adequate stock levels.
  • Execute regular inventory audits and cycle counts to maintain inventory accuracy and identify discrepancies.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, including NRTA and OHS Act, to create a safe and secure working environment for all employees.
  • Support the development and implementation of warehouse policies and procedures to enhance operational efficiency and minimize errors.
  • Track and record inbound and outbound shipments, ensuring ontime deliveries and efficient distribution of products.
  • Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement and implement appropriate corrective actions.
  • Provide training to warehouse staff on SAP functionalities and best practices for warehouse operations.
  • Identify opportunities for process optimization and continuous improvement to enhance warehouse productivity.

Qualifications and Experience:


  • Matric Certificate & Diploma in Warehousing/Logistics
  • Proven experience as a Warehouse Administrator or in a similar role, with a focus on SAP PPQM, MM, and OTC modules.
  • Indepth knowledge of NRTA and OHS Act regulations.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage Work Orders, Purchase Orders, and Stock Transfer Orders effectively.
  • Strong organizational and problemsolving skills to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work collaboratively with crossfunctional teams.
  • Detailoriented mindset with a commitment to accuracy and data integrity.
  • Previous experience in conducting inventory audits and implementing inventory management strategies is an advantage.
