Duties and Responsibilities:
- Attend and actively participate in the 12month learnership program.
- Complete all required assessments and assignments within the specified timelines.
- Engage in theoretical and practical training sessions related to the NQF Level 3 Learnership program.
- Collaborate with fellow learners and trainers to enhance the learning experience.
- Demonstrate a commitment to learning and acquiring new skills in a contact centre environment.
- The learnership will include a comprehensive training curriculum covering contact centre operations and relevant industryspecific skills.
- Regular assessments and feedback sessions will be conducted to monitor progress.
Requirements:
- Matric (Grade 12)
- A relevant tertiary qualification will be beneficial.
- Proficiency in Mathematics or Mathematics Literacy.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work well in a team and contribute to a positive learning environment.
- Basic computer literacy.
- Punctual and reliable.
