Minimum requirements:


  • Solid Audit background Will manage all Audits within organisation Will coordinate remedial actions Enterprise Risk Manager Strong Management of staff experience
  • Team will consist of 11 x Direct staff Ensure internal controls are monitored and evaluated in line with the Global Internal Control Framework and monitor adherence to policies and processes. Manage the implementation of controls and process across the business. Conduct ongoing reviews of organization controls, operating procedures, and compliance with policies and regulations. This position will perform advanced level and/or managerial professional assessment of Internal Controls. Assess the adequacy and extent of controls designed to safeguard organization assets.
  • Compiles and issues report detailing conclusions and providing recommendations for improvements.

EDUCATION

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Finance, or Accounting, or Business Administration, or related field, and Internal audit certification

EXPERIENCE

  • 5+ years of fulltime experience in external/Internal audit internal controls with a Big 4 Advantageous Strong knowledge of, risk and controls standards, enterprise risk management and business process best practices.
  • Strong knowledge of financial reporting and understanding of IFRS.
  • Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills, including written and verbal communication, especially in developing positions / preparing reports and presentations for SGS Senior Management.
  • Capability to thrive in a fastpaced and highly demanding environment
