Description

Duties:

Design solutions, with the help of a technical team of 5 to 8 people, that integrate with an enterprise environment

Recommend best practices for the entire solution

Comply with all technical and business requirements

Infrastructure design

Big Data Modelling

Assisting Businesses with POCs and business value calculations

Lead architecture design and best practices

Steering development and operations of solutions and features, in collaboration with partners

Working in the AGILE framework

System implementation

Steers internal resources in strict adherence to the group developing standards for medium to large-scale and high-complexity projects

Designs and builds IT solutions as well as hardware and infrastructure at the enterprise level

Completes the specification, product selection, and design of hardware/infrastructure components to implement a technology architecture

Identifies and evaluates new and emerging technologies and ICT methods and techniques

Travels internationally on occasion

Formal qualifications:

Relevant IT / Business Degree

AWS Certified (Advantageous)

Role-specific knowledge:

Data Intelligence Architecture expertise

Experience in Solution Architecture

Expertise in Data Intelligence and Business Intelligence

Awareness of MS Power BI, SAP Analytics Platform

Knowledge of Qlikview

AWS or MA Azure Experience

Awareness of Tableau, Qlik, MS PowerBI, or other BI tools

At least 3 years of Python programming experience

JavaScript & TypeScript experience

At least 3 years of experience building big data pipelines (ETL, SQL, etc)

Experienced in using GitHub for version controlling of software

AWS Certifications beneficial
