Job Advert Summary:


The Executive Assistant role will support the Internal Distribution Executive with a variety of administrative duties, planning tasks and executing projects.


The Advisory Services and Enablement (ASE) division of PPS Insurance company houses Financial Advisory with tied agents, virtual advisory channel, Wealth Advisory, Specialist Support Services and enablement departments like Quality Assurance, Leads Management Contact Centre, Compliance, Training, Marketing/Positioning, Finance, HR Management, etc.


Minimum Requirements:


Education:


  • Matric
  • Secretarial Courses (Advantageous)
  • Business Degree or equivalent

Experience:


  • 3 to 5 years' experience as an executive assistant
  • 2 to 3 years of project management experience
  • Customer management experience
  • Stakeholder relationship management

Knowledge and Skills:


  • Clear understanding of business operations
  • Product and project management principles and execution frameworks
  • Proficiency across all Microsoft solutions
  • Creative & Technical analysis

Duties and Responsibilities:


  • Providing full administration function to the Executives of the Internal Distribution
  • High level of organizing and planning skills.
  • High attention to detail.
  • Advanced verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent business writing skills.
  • Coordinating functions, conferences and travel arrangements
  • Propensity to manage pressure and stress
  • Liaison with other departments
  • Build and enhance positive working relationships business partners.
  • Manage costs according to the allocated budget and raise change requests to get approval for increased scope and costs.
  • Compiling PowerPoint presentations
  • Compiling departmental reports
  • Budget administration
