JOB PURPOSE:
As the Key Accounts Executive, you will be responsible for selling Group Risk Products and VAPS in class IV, Class XIII and Class Other clients through building and maintaining relationships, technical knowledge, and exceptional client service.
WHAT WILL YOU DO?
Revenue generation New Business:
- Sell the companys Life products through sales leads, networking, referrals, crossselling, upselling and warm/cold calling
- Leads analysis initiatives and follow up on leads in respect of sales opportunities
- Manage business intelligence and business generated leads in a professional and timely manner
CLIENT SERVICE AND RELATIONSHIP MANAGEMENT
- Build the brand, manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Ensure the retention of existing clients
- Service improvement reviews across the business
BUILDING CHANNELS AND FINDING PARTNERS
- Build strong strategic relationships with existing clients and new business prospects from initial call strategy gaining their trust and respect Attend meetings to build relationships and to initiate sales
WHAT YOU'LL BRING TO THE TABLE?
- NQF 6 and relevant FSCA recognised qualification
- At least 5 years proven sales experience in long
- CFP is Advantageous
- RE 5 (Representatives) nonnegotiable
- Up to date Continuous Professional Development (CPD) hours
- Must comply with all FAIS requirements, including the Fit and Proper requirements of Honesty and Integrity and competence Strong understanding and knowledge of the Financial Services Industry
- Knowledge of COIDA preferrable
- Ability to network and interact at a C suite level
- Knowledge of business policies, processes and procedures and legal compliance
- Highly developed and demonstrated Sales Skills
- Proven track record of sales experience in a BusinesstoBusiness Group Risk product environment
- Experience in identifying potential markets and opportunities that create alignment with the needs of the business and the needs of the client
- Demonstrated ability to increase productivity and continuously improve sales processes
- Demonstrated ability to see the big picture and provide useful advice and input to grow revenue
- Ability to identify gaps and think out of the box to find solutions
- Keep abreast of competitor activity, industry news, legislation, and regulation in the Financial Services Industry
