Job Description / Responsibilities:


  • Experienced Operations Manager with extensive experience in Digital Marketing.
  • Must understand startups and the challenges that they bring.
  • Skillful in growing and scaling databases, customers, and communities which fits in well with understanding of platform businesses.
  • Be prepared to contribute to the growth and development of the business.
  • Must bring a strategic value to the role with ample sales and marketing skills.
  • Have good interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively communicate, interact and work with others.
  • Assist in development and growth of both the marketing and digital marketing teams based in Durban, Pietermaritzburg, Cape Town, and Johannesburg respectively.

COMPETENCY:


Education/ Qualification:

***- Matric Certificate.

  • Degree in Marketing/ Business Development.
  • MBA will be an advantage.

Experience:


  • 5 8 Years experience.

Remuneration:


  • Salary is negotiable.

Location:


  • Must be based in Johannesburg.
