Our client has an opportunity available for a Retail Operations Admin Controller based in the Western Cape.


Requirements:


  • Matric certificate.
  • Data Analyst or similar certification.
  • Highly computer literate with Excel & Power Query knowledge.
  • Experience with MS Power Bi and understanding of DAX.
  • Excellent time management skills and deadline oriented.
  • Attention to detail and the ability to cope under pressure.

Responsibilities:


  • Conduct monthly internal & external reporting.
  • Maintain and develop Power Bi models across Finance and Ops.
  • Assist ROM teams through data mining to identify retail indicators and trends.
  • Prepare presentations for Senior teams and MD.
  • Prepare retail and expenses budgets.
  • Prepare benchmark and competition scorecards.
  • Prepare Central Office Nat GUILD reports.
  • Provide meaningful insight into competitor landscapes and retail environments.
  • Track and measure key performance metrics.
  • Report on strategic loyalty campaigns and retail benchmarking.
  • Track TSPs, key financial metrics and store profitability.
  • Ensure the upkeep of Retail Risk dashboards and NSF KPIs.
  • Participate in the preparation of Members Meetings, AGM and Cell Meetings.
  • Track rebate overriders & prepare functional targets.
