Basic Functions:


To provide support to key population Transgender (TG) with the implementation of HIV Testing Service (HTS), TB screening, and provision of sexual reproductive health services, enhanced adherence counselling and facilitation of adherence clubs and other CCMDD modalities.


Key Duties and Responsibilities:


  • Case finding, investigations and referrals
  • Treatment Adherence, Retention, Care & Support (Client service plan development & maintenance)
  • Capacity Building & Quality control
  • Client data collection, management, record keeping and reporting

Job requirements:


Education:


  • Grade 12 (Matric). Enrolled Nurse qualification and registered with South African Nursing Council (SANC) is required.

Experience Required:


  • Two (2) years' experience working in HIV and TB related programmes. Experience working in public health facilities, engaging with adolescent and youth is required.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required:


  • Written and verbal communication skills;
  • Report writing skills;
  • Proficiency in MS office;
