CONVEYENCING SECRETARY
CLOSING DATE:

CONTRACT:
36 MONTHS, FIXED TERM CONTRACT
REQUIREMENTS:
Degree or Equivalent Qualifica on. xcellent typing skills.
Excep onal Communica on skills.(wri en & spoken) years' experience in a conveyancing environment, specifically transfers,
3 Contactable references.
Experience in RDP transfers from receipt of instruc on un l registra on would be an added advantage.
Experience in commercial bond registra ons and bond cancella on transac ons would be an added advantage.
Computer Literate in Lexis Convey with a Lexis Convey Cer ficate/E4 and MS Office. (Non-nego able).
Duties and Responsibilities Include but not limited to:
Handling all types of transfer files from receipt of instruc on un l registra on
Dra ing and preparing various other conveyancing related documents accurately (e.g FICA,Sale Agreements, forma invoices)
Independently and accurately a ending to Prep and Registra on
Deal with finances - a ending to all financial aspects of a transac on, including pro-forma and finalaccounts, collec ng costs/disbursements from clients and a ending to all general queries.
Liaising with city councils in transfer transac ons, SARS, managing agents, banks and linked a orney firms.Assis ng and liaising with clients and appointment of correspondents in cross-jurisdic onal transac ons.

From R17,000.00 per month
Experience:
- Conveyancing: 5 years (required)
