    IT Support Freelance Customer Service / Support
    Description
    BeBee Professionals is looking for an experienced IT Support Technician to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing technical assistance and support related to computer systems, hardware, or software.

    The ideal candidate should have a strong technical background, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently.


    Responsibilities:

    • Install and configure computer hardware, operating systems, and applications
    • Monitor and maintain computer systems and networks
    • Troubleshoot system and network problems and diagnose and solve hardware or software faults
    • Provide technical support either in person or over the phone
    • Set up new users' accounts and profiles and deal with password issues
    • Respond to queries either in person or over the phone
    • Follow instructions to repair a fault or set up a system
    • Support the roll-out of new applications
    • Test and evaluate new technology
    • Develop training materials and procedures, or train users
    • Maintain records of software licenses

    Requirements:

    • Proven experience as an IT Support Technician
    • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
    • Ability to provide step-by-step technical help, both written and verbal
    • Knowledge of troubleshooting techniques and tools
    • Familiarity with Windows/Linux/Mac OS environments
    • Ability to diagnose and resolve basic technical issues
    • BSc/BA in Information Technology, Computer Science or a related discipline
