    Description
    BeBee Professionals is looking for a Help Desk Support Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing technical assistance and support related to computer systems, hardware, or software.

    The ideal candidate should have a strong technical background and excellent customer service skills. They should have experience troubleshooting computer systems, networks, and software applications.


    Responsibilities:

    • Respond to inquiries from customers regarding computer software and hardware operation to resolve problems
    • Install, modify, and repair computer hardware and software
    • Diagnose system errors and provide technical assistance for questions and problems
    • Monitor and respond quickly and effectively to requests received through the IT helpdesk
    • Document technical knowledge in the form of notes and manuals
    • Follow up with customers to ensure their technical issues are resolved

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
    • Proven experience as a Help Desk Technician or other customer support role
    • Knowledge of troubleshooting techniques and customer service principles
    • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
    • Ability to provide step-by-step technical help, both written and verbal
    • Ability to work in a team environment
