The ideal candidate should have a strong technical background, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to communicate effectively with customers.

• Provide technical support to customers via phone, email, and chat
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues
• Identify and document customer issues
• Monitor customer satisfaction levels
• Maintain customer records

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
• At least 2 years of experience in a technical support role
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
• Knowledge of customer service principles and practices
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
