Ultimately, you will boost sales and contribute to our long-term business growth since 2008.


Duties include:

  • Contact potential clients through cold calls: 200 calls per day.
  • Present our company to potential clients Identify client needs and suggest appropriate products/services
  • Customize product solutions to increase customer satisfaction
  • Build longterm trusting relationships with clients Proactively seek new business opportunities in the market
  • Set up meetings or calls between (prospective) clients
  • Stay uptodate with new products/services and new pricing/payment plans
  • Non negotiable requirements: 6 to 12 months experience in Sales Call Centre role with cold calling Good command of the English language.

Please note:

This is an office base role - Loop Street: Cape Town Working hours: Mon-Fri 2pm SA time to 10pm Daylight savings starts as of end October 1pm SA time to 9pm.
