Are you ready to take the lead and drive excellence in logistics and warehouse management? LGL Staffing is seeking a Warehouse Manager for an exciting opportunity with our client, a global industry leader.

About the Role:

As a Warehouse Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring smooth operations on the shop floor. Your responsibilities will encompass a range of tasks aimed at optimizing production, meeting shipment deadlines, and improving logistics efficiency. Here's what you'll be doing:

Key Responsibilities:

Implement and uphold quality and safety standards.
Lead, motivate, and manage shop floor teams following operational guidelines.
Oversee inventory management and adherence to inventory basics.
Ensure timely deliveries and adherence to delivery guidelines.
Maintain a stable supply chain for customers.
Champion 5S principles across all logistical areas.
Run Pull Systems efficiently.
Identify and implement productivity improvements and cost-saving measures.
Manage material handling equipment and company vehicles.
Supervise logistics personnel, set objectives, and provide necessary resources.
Drive recruitment, training, and development of team members.
Ensure accurate plant inventory with corrective actions as needed.

Qualifications:

Relevant M+3 qualification
3+ years of supervisory or managerial experience
Knowledge of Pull flow and logistics systems
Strong communication skills with fluency in English
Results-oriented and a committed team-player
Ability to manage, motivate, and lead teams
Willingness to provide support outside regular hours as required
