Warehouse Administrator


Join our Supply Chain and Logistics team as a Warehouse Administrator, where you'll coordinate with third-party Couriers, our internal Buying and Planning team, and Stock Controllers.

We seek an individual who delivers high-quality work with meticulous attention to detail and fosters positive stakeholder relationships.


Key Responsibilities:


Stock Control:


  • Ensure accurate processing of inbound shipments and stock allocation.
  • Coordinate stock labeling and adjustments.
  • Manage stock levels and liaise with planners.
  • Oversee order checks, credit notes, and stock movements to Quality Control.
  • Conduct regular stock counts.

Logistics:


  • Coordinate timely collections with couriers and drivers.
  • Address courierrelated issues and delays.
  • Manage customs clearance payments to avoid stock delays.

IBT's (Inter-Branch Transfers):


  • Receipt and verify IBT's from stores.
  • Resolve discrepancies and ensure accurate documentation.

Additionally:


  • Support upcoming projects and provide backup as needed.

Qualifications and Experience:


  • Minimum Matric (Grade 12) required.
  • Diploma or certificate in Business Administration preferred.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite.
  • 4 years of administrative and stockrelated experience.
  • Minimum 3 years of customer and vendor engagement experience.

Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)


Experience:

- administrative and stock-related: 4 years (preferred)
- of customer and vendor engagement: 3 years (preferred)
