Warehouse Administrator
Join our Supply Chain and Logistics team as a Warehouse Administrator, where you'll coordinate with third-party Couriers, our internal Buying and Planning team, and Stock Controllers.
Key Responsibilities:
Stock Control:
- Ensure accurate processing of inbound shipments and stock allocation.
- Coordinate stock labeling and adjustments.
- Manage stock levels and liaise with planners.
- Oversee order checks, credit notes, and stock movements to Quality Control.
- Conduct regular stock counts.
Logistics:
- Coordinate timely collections with couriers and drivers.
- Address courierrelated issues and delays.
- Manage customs clearance payments to avoid stock delays.
IBT's (Inter-Branch Transfers):
- Receipt and verify IBT's from stores.
- Resolve discrepancies and ensure accurate documentation.
Additionally:
- Support upcoming projects and provide backup as needed.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Minimum Matric (Grade 12) required.
- Diploma or certificate in Business Administration preferred.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite.
- 4 years of administrative and stockrelated experience.
- Minimum 3 years of customer and vendor engagement experience.

Experience:
- administrative and stock-related: 4 years (preferred)
