We are seeking a driven and detail-oriented Junior Marketing Manager to join our Reflex sales team.In this role, you will support the development and execution of marketing campaigns, programs and initiatives aimed at promoting our brand and products to customers.
You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as sales and product development, to ensure that marketing efforts are aligned with overall business goals.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in the development and execution of marketing plans and campaigns
- Conduct market research and analysis to inform marketing strategies
- Help manage the company's social media presence and website content
- Support event planning and execution, such as trade shows and product launches
- Track and report on campaign performance, using data to inform future marketing efforts
- Contribute to the development of new product launch strategies
- Stay uptodate on industry trends and competitive landscape
Minimum requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or related field
- 12 years of experience in marketing, with a focus on B2B or B2C marketing
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and project management skills
- Ability to work well in a fastpaced, crossfunctional team environment
- Familiarity with marketing automation and analysis tools, such as Google Analytics
- Valid drivers license and own reliable transport
