Overview:

An Administrator plays an important role in providing administrative support to the Service Delivery Manager, ensuring the smooth flow of service operations and efficient communication with customers and suppliers.

The Administrator is responsible for drafting quotes, keeping track of the approval process, managing user life cycles, and other general administrative tasks.


Duties and Responsibilities:


  • Draft quotes and proposals for customers
  • Keep track of the approval process for quotes and proposals
  • Manage user life cycles, including onboarding, offboarding, and changes to user permissions
  • Provide general administrative support to the Service Delivery Manager, including data entry, filing, and other tasks as needed
  • Communicate with customers and suppliers to gather information and respond to inquiries
  • Use Microsoft Office and other software to create and edit documents, spreadsheets, and presentations
  • Maintain accurate records of service activities, including quotes, proposals, and contracts
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure timely delivery of services
  • Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service at all times

Requirements:


  • A minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong organizational and time management skills


The Administrator plays an important role in supporting the Service Delivery Manager, ensuring that quotes and proposals are drafted accurately and efficiently, user life cycles are managed effectively, and general administrative tasks are completed in a timely and professional manner.
