RESPONSIBILITY

Tracking and coordinating the receipt, storage, and timely delivery of goods and materials

Maintaining records, reporting relevant information, and preparing any necessary documentation;:

Communicating and coordinating with other departments and internal customers

Measuring and reporting the effectiveness of warehousing activities and employees performance;:

Organize and maintain inventory and storage area
:

Communicate job expectations and coach employees;:

Determine staffing levels and assign workload;:

-
Interface with customers to answer questions or solve problems

Identify areas of improvement and establish innovative or adjust existing work procedures and practices;:

Confer and coordinate activities with other departments:

Optimize employee workflow

Provide a safe working environment, adhering to Regulations and procedures and ensuring they are understood and practiced by the team at all times;:

Supervise and control order picking, goods in, goods out operations to ensure accuracy with minimum handling and stock damage;:

Responsible for driving Standard Work and ensuring quality processes are implemented to ensure a "Right First Time" product to the customer aligned with their expectation

Ensure that internal delivery processes are adhered to support dispatch time windows:

Identify errors and eliminate root cause using robust countermeasures;:

Sustain the corrective actions to eliminate repeat issues

In conjunction with the Warehouse Manager, implement warehouse and management systems and working practices in line with best practice and continuous improvement;

REQUIREMENTS:

Grade 12;:

Diploma in Supply chain or Diploma in Warehousing:

10 Years procurement experience SAM AMO System
