Employer Description
A stunning Game Reserve located in the Eastern Cape. The Reserve has two 5* Lodges and major infrastructure. Further units are being built so property to grow over time.

Our client seeks a well experienced and qualified Head Ranger/Lead Trails Guide + Lodge Manager/Front of House Manager.

We are looking for individuals with strong 5* Game Lodge experience, solid individuals who complement each other well, both hardworking, efficient and proactive.

She must have strong Guest Hosting as well as Administrative abilities. Capable of running all areas of operation within the two - Lodges. He must have good leadership skills. Couples with Children will be considered as there is schooling in the vicinity/lift clubs, etc.


Qualifications

HIM:
Full Lead Trails Guide. FGASA level 2/3 level qualifications, Advanced Rifle Handling, Cathseta, etc. (All qualifications must be current and must be legal to walk/Guide Lead Rifle)


HER:
Relevant Hospitality Qualification an advantage.


Skills
Solid Management and leadership skills. Excellent Interpersonal and Hosting skills. Great Communication skills.


Her:
Strong Administratively. Sound Computer knowledge. Working experience of all operational areas of a 5* Lodge. 5* Service Orientated. Ability to liaise with International market Guests.
