Responsibilities

following:

First level ICT support to postgraduate students
First level ICT support to academics during workshops and lectures in the Computer Lab
Software installations and support
Maintenance & upgrade of the Computer Labs
Creating of profiles for the biometric and the issuing staff and student access cards
To work and collaborate with the other members of the dynamic ICT team.

Minimum
Academic
Requirements a
nd
Experience:

Grade 12 / Matric Certificate or equivalent
Certificate in Systems Support (NQF 5)
2 years of workrelated experience in a Computer Lab environment

Desirable
Requirements:

Diploma in Information Technology would be advantageous
Working experience in a tertiary institution
