Food & Beverage Manager - Luxury Boutique Hotel - KZN_Job Specs:
Seeking a skilled Food & Beverage Manager to lead our clients team. Manage F&B operations, ensuring top-tier guest experience. Collaborate with Head Chef on creative menus. Requires 8+ years' F&B management in 5-star boutique hotel, hospitality background, strong English.
Financial Oversight:
Maintain profit centers within COS levels. Efficiently manage beverage inventory/orders. Analyze food costs, manage F&B cost centers, present budgets. Monitor guest experience costs and new offerings. Handle monthly inventory and Capex controls.
Operations:
Uphold brand standards, enhance through GM/HM meetings. Ensure safety, hygienic practices. Audit guest reviews, maintain F&B ambiance. Craft unique menus, detail-oriented. Proficient in MS Office, Excel, Micros, Opera Cloud.
F&B Marketing:
Develop annual F&B Guest Experiences Plan, budget. Stay updated on global trends. Implement creative guest experiences. Foster guest interactions, address needs. Maintain desired ambiance.
HR:
Train, ensure competent F&B staff. Strong HR skills, fair discipline. Establish on-the-job training. Maximize staff efficiency for 100% satisfaction. Report on staff to GM/HM, implement Staff KPIs. Recruit, train, evaluate team.
