Job Description

To provide intelligent business information to management that informs their strategic people management practices through the provision of regular MIS reports based on a complete and clear understanding of the database including the co-ordination and management of changes to the MIS database, the streamlining of MIS reports and processes

  • Promotes teamwork amongst peers and team members
  • Empowers customers to use tools to generate reports
  • Creates solutions to meet customer demands
  • Ensures customer service solutions are aligned to the operational business plan
  • Ensures continuous process improvement to enable effective operational processes
  • Contributes to financial gain of the Company through accurate and ontime legislative reporting
  • Administers the management information system database
  • Manages the quality standards of the database
  • Participates in planned activities that are appropriate for own development
Educations

  • Grade 1
  • Degree in either Computer Science, Information Science, Management Information Systems, Business Informatics would be advantages
Experience


Technical Proficiency:

  • Database Management: Experience working with databases, querying data, and understanding database structures.
  • Data Analysis: Proficiency in analysing data, identifying trends, and drawing insights.
  • Programming Languages: Familiarity with languages such as SQL, Python, or R for data manipulation and reporting.
  • Business Intelligence Tools: Knowledge of tools like Power BI for creating visualizations.
