Job Description

To provide intelligent business information to management that informs their strategic people management practices through the provision of regular MIS reports based on a complete and clear understanding of the database including the co-ordination and management of changes to the MIS database, the streamlining of MIS reports and processes

Promotes teamwork amongst peers and team members
Empowers customers to use tools to generate reports
Creates solutions to meet customer demands
Ensures customer service solutions are aligned to the operational business plan
Ensures continuous process improvement to enable effective operational processes
Contributes to financial gain of the Company through accurate and ontime legislative reporting
Administers the management information system database
Manages the quality standards of the database
Participates in planned activities that are appropriate for own development

Educations

Grade 1
Degree in either Computer Science, Information Science, Management Information Systems, Business Informatics would be advantages

Experience

Technical Proficiency:

Database Management: Experience working with databases, querying data, and understanding database structures.
Data Analysis: Proficiency in analysing data, identifying trends, and drawing insights.
Programming Languages: Familiarity with languages such as SQL, Python, or R for data manipulation and reporting.
Business Intelligence Tools: Knowledge of tools like Power BI for creating visualizations.
