Job summary
The Admin & Facilities Supervisor / Safety Officer is responsible for the day-to-day onsite management of office administration, facilities, housekeeping,parking, procurement support,and occupational health and safety (OHS) for the Johannesburg office.
This role ensures the workplace is safe,
compliant, operationally efficient,well-maintained,in line with South African Occupational Health and Safety Act (OHSA),local municipal regulations,and company standards.
The role is hands-on and supervisory,requiring continuous onsite presence.,
- Facilities & Office Infrastructure (Onsite)
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate preventive and reactive maintenance with building management and external service providers.
