Key Functions and Responsibilities:


  • Responsible for the company's social media and marketing strategies.
  • Building, maintaining and strengthening professional relationships with our clients.
  • Managing strategies and overcoming cross functional work areas targeted to resolve issues raised by clients.
  • Manages the client's needs and service operations, which deals directly with clients and is the first point of contact.
  • Develops and implements processes and procedures to improve operational efficiency.
  • Identify client and industry needs and develop new service lines.

Minimum level of Education/ Qualifications Required:
