Key Functions and Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the company's social media and marketing strategies.
- Building, maintaining and strengthening professional relationships with our clients.
- Managing strategies and overcoming cross functional work areas targeted to resolve issues raised by clients.
- Manages the client's needs and service operations, which deals directly with clients and is the first point of contact.
- Develops and implements processes and procedures to improve operational efficiency.
- Identify client and industry needs and develop new service lines.
