The Health PMO provides a world class service to internal and external customer in delivering complex programme and projects that support the strategic objectives of our customers. Key Purpose

Takes accountability to lead, organize, plan, control and manage multiple projects and to bring about the successful completion of project goals and objectives.
Has accountability to ensure project goals and objectives are achieved within the overall scope, and that project deliverables are within the agreed time frame, cost and as per defined and expected quality.
Manages the sequence of activities and allocation of resources to complete the project life cycle. Manages the coordination of resources ("how") to ensure the "what" is delivered as specified.
Accountable for the delivery of all required and relevant project governance per phase.
Acts as an evangelist of the discipline, using opportunities to promote the benefit of a structured & organised approach to change and coordinated effort.

Lead & Manage project resources
Mentor & guide the project team and PMO colleagues where required

Education and Experience

Essential : Project Management qualification or Business degree with PM Topic
At least 4 years' experience managing projects in a systems development environment
Enhanced: PMI accreditation
Beneficial : Programme or Project Management specific qualification (NQF, Level 7)
