    Description

    You will excel in this role if you have excellent organisation and time management skills with a friendly disposition. Exceptional guest relation skills, willingness to go the extra mile and attention to detail will result in success within this role.

    Experience and skills:

    • Protel experience would be advantageous
    • Proficient in use of Word/Excel/Outlook
    • Good administrative skills
    • Good communication skills, verbal and written
    • Knowledge of Franschhoek and surrounding areas would be advantageous
    • Ability to work well under pressurre

    Inherent Requirements:

    • Previous reservations experience essential
    • Good understanding of all departments within a hotel
    • Detail orientated
    • Guest satisfaction must be a natural focus point
    • Preference will be given to candidates from Franschhoek and neighbouring areas

    Main Responsibilities:

    • Taking reservations
    • Concierge duties
    • Financial follow ups and procedures
    • Be able to review the entire guest journey
