Shared Mobility Africa is a leading player in the shared mobility industry, committed to transforming the way people move around urban environments.
We are currently seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Call Centre Agent to join our team in Midrand.
As a Call Centre Agent, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, assisting them with inquiries, providing support, and ensuring a seamless experience with our services.
Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound calls from customers with professionalism and a positive attitude.
- Address customer inquiries, concerns, and issues promptly and effectively.
- Provide accurate information about our services, pricing, and promotions.
- Assist customers with booking, modifying, or canceling reservations.
- Troubleshoot and resolve customer complaints while maintaining excellent customer service.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure quick resolution of customer issues.
- Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records in the system.
- Meet individual and team performance goals to contribute to the success of the call centre.
Qualifications:
- Matric, Diploma or equivalent; further education is a plus.
- Proven experience in a call centre or customer service role.
- Excellent communication and active listening skills.
- Strong problemsolving abilities and ability to remain calm under pressure.
- Familiarity with the shared mobility industry and related technology is advantageous.
- Proficiency in using customer service software.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Bilingual proficiency (English and another local language) is preferred but not mandatory.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills and a passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences.

Salary:
Up to R7,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Midrand, Gauteng: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
