Description

We are looking for an Account Manager to build and maintain trusting relationships with our customers.

The Account Manager's role is to oversee a portfolio of assigned customers, develop new business from existing clients and actively seek new sales opportunities.

We are looking for vibrant individual who will play a crucial role in building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, ensuring customer satisfaction

Monitor and manage the overall health and performance of client accounts.
Track key account metrics and ensure client satisfaction.
You will serves as the main point of contact between the company and its clients, fostering longterm partnerships and contributing to business growth.
Understand client needs, objectives, and expectations
Communicate regularly with clients to provide updates, gather feedback, and address concerns
Prepare reports on account status

Qualifications & Skills

Diploma in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
Proven experience as Account Manager, Sales Accounts Manager, or a related role.
Valid driver's license and own vehicle essential
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong negotiation and presentation abilities.
Ability to understand and analyze client needs.
Resultsoriented with a focus on client satisfaction and retention.
Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools and Ms Excel
Strategic thinking and problemsolving skills.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and client requirements
Proven ability to juggle multiple account management projects at a time, while maintaining sharp attention to detail
