Description
We are looking for an Account Manager to build and maintain trusting relationships with our customers.

The Account Manager's role is to oversee a portfolio of assigned customers, develop new business from existing clients and actively seek new sales opportunities.

We are looking for vibrant individual who will play a crucial role in building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, ensuring customer satisfaction

  • Monitor and manage the overall health and performance of client accounts.
  • Track key account metrics and ensure client satisfaction.
  • You will serves as the main point of contact between the company and its clients, fostering longterm partnerships and contributing to business growth.
  • Understand client needs, objectives, and expectations
  • Communicate regularly with clients to provide updates, gather feedback, and address concerns
  • Prepare reports on account status
Qualifications & Skills

  • Diploma in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as Account Manager, Sales Accounts Manager, or a related role.
  • Valid driver's license and own vehicle essential
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong negotiation and presentation abilities.
  • Ability to understand and analyze client needs.
  • Resultsoriented with a focus on client satisfaction and retention.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools and Ms Excel
  • Strategic thinking and problemsolving skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and client requirements
  • Proven ability to juggle multiple account management projects at a time, while maintaining sharp attention to detail

Salary:
From R7 000,00 per month
