Description
Job description- Develop and analyse financial, valuation and cashflow models including Discounted Cashflow Models, Leveraged Buyout Models, Merger Analysis and Comparable Transaction Models.
- Conduct market research, including compiling and synthesizing comparable transaction
- Preparation and presentation of investment packs for management (buy and sell)
- Facilitating meetings with prospective targets and/or investors
- Assist management in transaction value negotiations
- Transaction structuring, including aspects related to legal, tax and compliance
- Coordination and review of legal agreements
- Transaction review and risk analysis
- Duediligence investigations
- Project management
