Job Advert Summary:

To ensure accurate and timeous completion, submission and filing of all financial source documents.
Systematic and methodical filing of all financial documents
Auditing of batches - Timeous verification and confirmation of the documents to ensure accurate completeness of income


Minimum Requirements:

Minimum Grade 12 qualification or equivalent
Certificate in Office Administration
Certificate in MS Office

Experience
Relevant office administrative experience 2 years
Data capturing experience within an office environment 1 year
Knowledge
Knowledge of the perishable industry and the regulatory environment
Risk management

ISO applicable principles

Computer Literacy

Duties and Responsibilities:

To ensure accurate and timeous completion of administrative duties.
To ensure excellence in service delivery to both internal and external clients by adherence to company core values.
Build up data bases and communicate effectively with clients (Internal and external)
Performing reception duty
To ensure compliance with policies and procedures.
Update and maintain data base
Record keeping
Accurate filing
Retrieval of documentation
Cross referencing
To ensure accurate and timeous completion, submission and filing of all financial source documents.
Systematic and methodical filing of all financial documents
Auditing of batches - Timeous verification and confirmation of the documents to ensure accurate completeness of income
To ensure adherence on set standards on self - development.
Contribute to PDP - Assessment done on all training as form of measurement
Co-ordinating of events or collaboration session
