Hello an exciting new opportunity has just become available in our Hollard International, Hollard Health area. We are looking to recruit a Junior Membership Administrator (Permanent).


Hollard was born in Africa in 1980, we provide short-term, life insurance, investment products and Healthcare to a diverse customer base, including individual consumers, commercial entities, and corporate clients.

We are financially sound and remain fully invested in Africa.

Our group touches more than 4 million policyholders, we employ more than 3 000 people across the globe and have posted over $2,5bn in premium income in the year to June 2021.

The person will interface between the client management function and underwriting.

They will need to ensure that all the initial membership data required is fully collated and completed, as well as handling all employer group additions and removals throughout the year.

?Where it is required, this person will need to interface into the underwriters and client managers to ensure that the combination of feedback to members is provided and information gathered as per the underwriter's requirements.

This person would report to the client manager in their specific region but will also have accountability to underwriting.


Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities:

Developing a solid and trusting relationship between the employer group (contact person) and Hollard Health (HH).

Develop a complete understanding of the respective employer groups that will be dealt with.


Working closely with the Account Manager and Underwriting Teams in ensuring that the requests are dealt with promptly and accurately.

Have a detailed understanding of the underwriting rules for adding and removing members.


Notify the Account Manager and the Sales Team when an additional country or branch would like to join an existing employer group.

Running internal reports that will be used by the Account Manager to present to team members and clients.

Meeting all client needs and deliverables according to agreed/ proposed timelines (SLA's).
