- Receive incoming shipments, verify contents against purchase orders, and inspect for damage or discrepancies.
- Properly label, store, and organize received items in designated storage areas.
- Maintain accurate inventory records through regular stock counts and reconciliation.
- Keep the receiving area, stockroom, and storage areas clean, organized, and free from obstructions.
- Ensure stock rotation and proper handling of perishable or time-sensitive items.
- Assist with picking, packing, and preparing orders for shipment as needed.
- Physically fit to handle and lift heavy stock items.
- Assist customers and sales staff with inquiries, product location, and recommendations.
- Collaborate with purchasing and warehouse teams to optimize stock levels and replenishment processes.

- Minimum of a Matric qualification.
- Prior experience in receiving, stock control, or warehouse operations preferred but not required.
- Knowledge or experience in plumbing equipment and/or sanware is advantageous.
- Ability to maintain a clean and organized workspace.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team.
- Physical fitness and ability to lift and carry heavy objects.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
