- Receive incoming shipments, verify contents against purchase orders, and inspect for discrepancies.
- Label, store, and organize received items in designated storage areas.
- Maintain accurate inventory records by conducting regular stock counts.
- Keep the receiving area, stockroom, and storage spaces tidy and free from obstacles.
- Ensure proper handling and rotation of perishable or time-sensitive items.
- Support in picking, packing, and preparing orders for shipment when needed.
- Physically capable of handling and lifting heavy stock items.
- Assist customers and sales team with inquiries, product location, and recommendations.
- Collaborate with purchasing and warehouse teams to optimize stock levels and replenishment processes.
- Support customers/Sales Team.
- Minimum Matric qualification.
- Prior experience in receiving, stock control, or warehouse operations is a plus.
- Knowledge or experience in plumbing equipment and/or sanware is beneficial.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team.
- Physical fitness and capable of lifting and carrying heavy objects.
- Valid driver's license with a good driving record.
