Description

Responsibilities

  • Provide hardware and software support (LAN & WAN)
  • Install software
  • Troubleshooting (TCF)
  • Assemble computer
  • Repairs & maintenance of hardware & peripherals
  • Installation & maintenance of cabling
  • Maintain inventory for software & hardware (TCF)
  • Provide 2nd line support to users on helpdesk
  • Investigate and provide a solution (TCF)
  • Communicate with users on incident logged (TCF)
  • Boardrooms and printers
  • Assist with firstline support in boardrooms.
  • Assist with firstline printer support
  • Provide electronic access relating to buildings Procurement
  • Assist with procurement of endpoint devices and accessories for users.
  • Assist with the maintenance of the asset register with IT Asset Management Team
  • Assist users
  • Close all calls (using the Jira system) within the SLA.

Requirements:


  • Matric
  • National Diploma in IT or equivalent (Advantage)
  • A+
  • N+
  • At least 3 Years Experience in 2nd & 3rd line support

Pay:
R50 000,00 - R60 000,00 per month
