Role purpose:
The Community Manager is responsible for developing and implementing sector community strategies. The role is accountable for building and driving collaboration among sector communities, fostering teaming and knowledge sharing.

Partner with Talent, Learning and Development (L&D), and Branding, Marketing, and Communications (BMC) teams to execute the sector community strategy effectively.


Responsibilities

  • Strategy Development: Develop and implement community strategies that align with the organization's overall goals and objectives for the sector. Identify key focus areas, engagement models, and metrics for success.
Lead sector community activities related to supply side integration with Service Line operations.

  • Collaboration and Teaming: Foster a collaborative and inclusive environment within the sector communities. Encourage knowledge sharing, crossfunctional collaboration, and the exchange of best practices to drive innovation and business growth.
  • Branding, Marketing, and Communications: Collaborate with the BMC to promote the sector communities both internally and externally. Develop compelling messaging, content, and campaigns to raise awareness and drive engagement.
  • Community Management: Oversee the daytoday operations of sector communities, including managing online platforms, organizing events, and facilitating virtual or inperson networking opportunities. Ensure that the communities remain active, vibrant, and valuable to their members.
  • Learning and Development: Work closely with the L&D team to identify skill gaps and learning needs within the sector communities. Curate and deliver targeted learning programs, webinars, and workshops that address these needs and enhance the capabilities of community members.
  • Partner with Talent: Collaborate with the Talent team to understand the unique needs and challenges of the sector to develop and deploy employee value proposition initiatives that attract, engage, and retain top talent within the sector.
  • Supporting the Market Segment Leader, Sub Sector/Industries Leaders and Global Client Service Partners with the implementation of the Markets Sector Strategy.
  • Performance Measurement: Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to assess the success and impact of sector community initiatives. Regularly analyze data and feedback to identify areas for improvement and adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Build networks and relationships with Service Line operations, Talent, BMC, and L&D.

Prerequisites and Qualifications

  • Understanding of community networks and design, functionality, strategy.
  • Experience in Service Line operations, Talent, BMC, and L&D activities preferred.
  • Strong understanding of talent management and employee value proposition.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills.
  • 2 to 3 years of experience in a Service Line or Function managing teams and implementing strategy.
  • Undergraduate degree in communications, marketing, public relations, human resources, business and/or related fields

  • Advanced level MS Office skills (particularly MS Word and MS Excel)
  • Skills in a range of industry desktop publishing software
  • Professional understanding of templates, macros and styles
  • Strong communication ability in both verbal and written English
