Key Responsibilities:

Managing a team of 6 Back office administrators
Supervising staff in execution of day to day activities
Overseeing existing controls related to business functions across multiple systems
Reengineering of processes to build greater process efficiency and improve risk management and controls
Project Delivery Management (project planning, status reporting, issues tracking, budgeting)
Fronttoback leadership of FinTech, Cyber security and Crypto marketdriven initiatives
Interface and partner directly with back office and operations teams
Overseeing and participation in business analyst functions such as transforming business strategies and tactical requests into functional and technical specifications
Accountable for successful delivery of functionality that meets client/regulatory requirements
Risk and compliance control

Skills and requirements:

35 years management experience in Finance, leadgen, marketing or similar
35 years trading platform experience
Extensive experience in building, training, managing and reporting on company process and policies
Solid track record of delivering innovative products, with successful adoption in the market
Ability to work in a complex, diverse and changing environment
Demonstrated experience leading products across back office
Advanced technical skills including knowledge in Excel, powerBI,
Problem solving techniques

Salary:
R28 000,00 - R36 000,00 per month
