DATA ANALYST

Company Description:
We are a startup BPO company located in Cape Town Century City. Our mission is to provide excellent customer service to our clients by leveraging data-driven insights. We are looking for an experienced Data Analyst to join our team.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Develop and maintain dashboards, databases and reports that provide visibility into call center performance and enable datadriven decisionmaking
  • Filter and "clean" data
  • Provide daily, weekly and monthly reports
  • Identify trends and insights in call center data that improve operational performance, such as process optimization, resource allocation, and automation.
  • Collaborate with call center management to develop and implement initiatives that improve customer experience, increase productivity, and reduce costs
  • Provide adhoc analysis and reporting as needed.
  • Stay uptodate with the latest trends and technologies in data analytics.
  • Collect and analyze call center data, including call volumes, call durations, call waiting times, call abandonment rates, and customer satisfaction scores
  • Ensure data accuracy and integrity by identifying and resolving data quality issues and inconsistencies
  • Communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner

Required Skills and Experience:


  • Bachelor's degree in a related field such as Computer Science, Statistics, or Mathematics.
  • 3+ years of experience as a Data Analyst.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI or other CRM systems
  • Experience with data modeling and database design.
  • Strong problemsolving skills and the ability to work independently.
  • Ability to work in a fastpaced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Experience working in a BPO or customer service environment is a plus.

Experience:


  • Data analysis: 3 years (preferred)
