Our Client in the Telecommunications Industry is looking for Customer Service Agents.

  • Provide product and service information to customers.
  • Follow up on customer calls.
  • Reroute calls to appropriate departments.
  • Maintain customer relations as well as customer satisfaction.
  • Grade Twelve
  • Clear criminal record
  • Clear credit check
  • Customer Service experience

Salary:
R5,000.00 per month


Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Cape Town,

Western Cape:
Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)


Education:


  • High School (matric) (required)

Experience:

Call Centre: 1 year (preferred)


Language:


  • English extremely well (required)
