As a Marketing Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in executing effective marketing strategies to promote our products and services, while also managing supplier relationships and overseeing marketing income and billings.

- Monitoring and updating all orders within 1 hour of creation during store operating hours
- Prioritize Same Day & Next Day deliveries
- Assigning orders to team as needed to fulfill
- Oversee all ecommerce staff functions (Admin, Queries, Cold calling, Dispatch)
- Effective Self Management and teamwork
Minimum requirements
- Qualification in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in digital marketing, preferably in the tech retail or ecommerce industry.
- Proficiency in advertising platforms, such as Print media. Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and programmatic advertising tools.
- Excellent project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with an eye for detail and accuracy.
- Experience with supplier relationships and managing billings.
Responsibilities:
- Digital/Print Marketing Strategy:
- Collaborate with the marketing team to coordinate and execute digital/Print marketing strategies that align with overall business objectives.
- Utilize market research and data analysis to identify target audiences and optimize digital campaigns for maximum reach and impact.
- Stay updated with industry trends and best practices to continually refine and improve digital marketing efforts.
- Supplier Relationship Management:
- Develop and maintain relationships with key suppliers, including digital advertising platforms, agencies, and vendors.
- Coordinate media campaigns, pricing, and dates with suppliers to ensure successful execution.
- Monitor supplier campaigns, evaluate results, and provide feedback to optimize partnerships.
- Marketing Income and Billings:
- Track and manage supplier budgets, ensuring accurate allocation of funds and adherence to financial targets.
- Coordinate with finance and accounting teams to manage marketing billings and resolve any discrepancies.
- Advertising and Campaign Management:
- Coordinate advertising campaigns across various channels, Collaborate with creative teams to develop engaging content, including ad copy, visuals, and landing pages.
