Responsibilities and RequirementsThe Anchor Lodge Manager is responsible for:
The Overall Guest Experience Assisting Lodge Managers with the entire lodge structure & systems.
Creating ambience and an authentic hosted experience for guests Maintaining attention to details and standards
Assisting Lodge Managers in overseeing the following departments, and liaising with HODs where appropriate, to promote best performance and deliver exceptional service:
F&B and Housekeeping & Styling
Guest Activities
Facilities & Maintenance o Administration & Stock Control of Staff Working effectively with the management team to promote the business objectives as a whole.
Managing and controlling expenditure within agreed budgets Constant assessment and improvement of efficiencies of all resources
Good conversational command of the English language an outgoing, warm, friendly personality
Confident and comfortable in a diverse, multi-cultural environment Conversant and well-informed in global current affairs
Passionate about creating memorable experiences for individuals' Excellent attention to detail.
Honest, accurate and reliable Diligent and self-motivated
Have the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines good staff motivator skills.
Good interpersonal skills and able to work as part of a team Willingness and ability to share information, teach and inspire other QUALIFICATIONS, KNOWLEDGE & PREVIOUS WORK EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
At least 2 years previous experience in lodge management Valid driver's license Pan **Hospitality System Knowledge Admin
