An opportunity for an experienced WARRANTY ADMINISTRATOR is required for permanent employment based in Newcastle.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

• To handle all dealership warranty administration
• Processing and reviewing claims
• Overseeing fraudulent claims
• Monitoring and maintaining warranty documents.
• Ensuring that documents are accurate and well-maintained.
• Keeping up-to-date with company announcements and factory recalls.
• Organizing and maintaining customer and service records.
• Maintaining good relationships with clients.
• Liaising with manufacturers.
• Negotiating deals on behalf of customers and the organization.

EDUCATION, QUALIFICATION, EXPERIENCE & SKILLS:

• Preference will be given to mature applicants
• Min 3-5 years (good track record) within the Automotive industry
• Computer literate
• System skills
• Grade 12
• Pinnacle knowledge (adv)
• Commercial exp (adv)
• Contactable references
• Ability to work in a high pressure / fast passed environment
