- Processing and reviewing claims
- Overseeing fraudulent claims
- Monitoring and maintaining warranty documents.
- Ensuring that documents are accurate and well-maintained.
- Keeping up-to-date with company announcements and factory recalls.
- Organizing and maintaining customer and service records.
- Maintaining good relationships with clients.
- Liaising with manufacturers.
- Negotiating deals on behalf of customers and the organization.
- Preference will be given to mature applicants
- Min 3-5 years (good track record) within the Automotive industry
- Computer literate
- System skills
- Grade 12
- Pinnacle knowledge (adv)
- Commercial exp (adv)
- Contactable references
- Ability to work in a high pressure / fast passed environment
