- Ensure units under warranty are registered on the warranty system
- Assist with service administration and service calls when required
- Check Job Cards daily / job card reversals
- Ensure sales, manufacturing dates and chassis and engine numbers correct
- Check service history
- Check extra work required
- Correct allocation of costs / costing accurately
- Quotations, when necessary and check work in progress
- Attend to queries and corrections
- Process warranty claims accurately on a daily basis
- Check that previous days invoices are reflected on system
- Banking + Track outstanding cash / payments / debtors etc
- Compile and submit system reports on a daily basis
- Check age analysis weekly
- Min 3 years ++ exp essential as a Dealership/Vehicle/Truck/Commercial Costing Clerk from the Automotive Industry
- Grade 12 Matric + Driver''s license
- Customer friendly and service orientated
- Able to work in a highly pressurised environment
- Must have attention to detail
