    Key Responsibilities:

    • Curate Luxury Itineraries: Design bespoke travel plans for highnetworth individuals, reflecting their unique preferences and requirements.
    • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong connections with key private members and family offices, to ensure high levels of satisfaction.
    • Client Acquisition and Networking: Attract new members by promoting luxury travel services, leveraging existing networks, and expanding the client base through regular networking.
    • Event Development and Hosting: Create, attend, and host events to showcase offerings, engage with members, and enhance the visibility of the services provided.
    • Experience Curation and

    Internal Collaboration:

    Collaborate with product and content teams to develop unique experiences, work with concierge services, destination specialists, and operations teams to ensure seamless execution of travel plans, and handle sensitive client information with the highest level of discretion and confidentiality.


    • Industry Knowledge: Stay informed about the latest luxury travel trends to continuously enhance the quality of services offered.
    • DMC Partnerships: Leverage and expand strong relationships with Destination Management Companies to ensure premium ontheground service and foster longterm collaborations in key destinations.
    Requirements

    • Advanced proficiency in both written and spoken German and English (C1 level or higher as per the Common European Framework) is required for this role.
    • Proficiency in Swiss-German, French and/or Italian is highly advantageous.
    • Proven experience as a Travel Manager or Travel Consultant for highnetworth or luxury clients, with a strong portfolio of ultraluxury travel arrangements.
    • Expertise in the global luxury travel market, with established connections and access to exclusive networks and services.
    • Exceptional interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with and understand the needs of discerning clientele.
    • Strong problemsolving skills, with the ability to handle lastminute changes and challenges with grace and efficiency.
    • Superior organizational skills and attention to detail, ensuring all travel plans are flawlessly executed.
    • Availability to provide roundtheclock service to clients, as needed.
    • Proficiency in using advanced travel management software and luxury travel tools. Added Bonus if experienced with a GDS system.
    • Demonstrate a strong ability to adapt to new challenges, tools, and methodologies in a fastpaced and evolving environment. The ability to transition seamlessly through change without compromising service excellence and are energized by the opportunity to help shape and elevate the Private Travel division, actively contributing to its ongoing growth and success.

    Guidelines for Hybrid/Home Office :

    • Located in South Africa.
    • Please note that if you live within a commutable distance of the office you will be asked to enter into a hybrid working arrangement at least 2x a week in the office
