    Description
    Corporate Travel Consultant Job Description: Assist clients with travel requirements, booking flights, hotels, rail, car hire, airport parking, and advising on travel visas. Fluency in German and excellent customer service are required to provide tailored travel solutions and manage client relationships.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Manage a portfolio of existing clients and accounts.

    • Deliver first-class customer service at all times.

    • Provide quotations to clients without bias towards a particular airline or supplier.

    • Analyze canceled quotations to identify areas of improvement.

    • Process card payments from clients efficiently.

    • Collaborate with Business Account Managers to maximize opportunities.

    • Work with Ticketing and Finance departments to ensure hassle-free reservations.

    • Understand key products and services to enhance client interactions.

    • Navigate complex travel logistics and unexpected changes in client travel plans.



    Qualifications and Skills:

    • Fluency in German.

    • Excellent customer service skills.

    • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.

    • Proficient in travel booking systems and online itineraries.

    • Ability to work under pressure and manage competing priorities.

    • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.

    • Knowledge of travel regulations and visa requirements.

    • Experience in the travel industry (preferred).

    • Proficient in payment processing and financial transactions.

    • Adaptive to new technologies and software tools.

    • Problem-solving and critical-thinking capabilities.

    • Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.

    • Sales orientation with the ability to identify business opportunities.

    • Familiarity with a range of suppliers.



    Experience:
    Minimum of 2-5 years of experience in the travel industry, focusing on client management and service delivery.
