Our client, a market leader in the manufacturing and distribution of technological animal feed additives and disinfectant products for animal feed, livestock and food is seeking a Technical Sales Rep based in KZN and another in the Eastern Cape regions.

Responsibilities:

Marketing and sales of animal feed additives and disinfectant animal products to mills, farmers, abattoirs and food processing plants
Analyse customer needs, recommend suitable products, provide advice and address customer concerns
Discuss products and explain technical concepts and product uses
Write customer reports and proposals related to technical product solutions
Build longterm relationships with customer base and establish loyalty
Identify new opportunities and grow customer base
Track sales and share monthly sales report with the management team
Research current market trends and identify new product development and feedback to management team

Requirements:

Relevant B.Com / BSc degree essential
Minimum 4 years experience within a Technical sales environment and animal feed industry experience an advantage
Must be prepared to travel approx 4000 km per month and spend 68 nights away from home
Own transport essential
