Responsible for the Ecommerce Brand Growth Model with combination of Brand Management, Trade Marketing & Performance Marketing. Responsible for creating consumer experiences across all eCommerce touchpoints for the country


Principle Accountabilities

  • Develop and Manage Category Strategic Marketing Plan in E-Commerce; including eNPD
  • Work closely with E-Customer Development team to drive growth of respective Category through optimal Trade Spend Management
  • Drive Traffic & Conversion Rate to respective Category through optimal Media & Marketing Spend Management
  • Conceiving, planning and execution of key promotion, activation and brand related activity
  • Coordinate with S&CM/Marketing and E-Customer team to develop content & implement across E-Commerce (e.g. SKU PDP page, campaign/promo banners, brand store, newsletter images etc) in line with the brand guidelines.
  • To track portfolio content across all platforms and ensure it is always up to date (bundles, promos, new thematic etc.).
  • Develop and optimize product description and SKU listing to trigger high rank onsite organic search.
  • Work with Manager in creating instore promo for specific and cross category SKUs including content, visibility and converted traffic through Marketing Program, both National and Channel specific.
  • Oversee the Customer Service performance on product discussion, review & rating.
  • Analyse the integrated sales report performance across online sales channels.
  • Own Category participation in Online Shopping Events
  • Manage Marketing Budget and monitor usage for both Out platform and In Platform
  • Responsible for tracking the performance of all campaigns that are run
  • Designing and developing the campaigns with Business Manager, Brand Team and BDM
  • Devising and executing the performance marketing strategy
  • Provide search insights to the eCustomer Managers and Brand teams.
  • Ownership of Digital Shelf tracking tool: Outputs and Inputs
  • Relevant tertiary qualification
  • Min 5 years of experience in S&CM or sales position and eCom
  • Preferably with proven track record in managing eCom accounts
