Description
Assist in overseeing daily restaurant operations, including managing staff, monitoring inventory, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Work closely with the senior management team to develop and implement strategies to enhance the restaurant's performance and profitability.

Train and mentor restaurant staff to maintain high standards of service and professionalism.

Handle guest enquiries, complaints, and feedback in a prompt and courteous manner.

Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in compliance with health and safety regulations.

Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure seamless coordination between front-of-house and back-of-house operations.

Assist in creating and updating menus, as well as planning and executing special events or promotions.

Monitor financial performance and assist in budgeting and cost control initiatives.

Uphold company policies and procedures, and ensure adherence to all relevant regulations and standards.

Previous experience in a supervisory or management role within the hospitality industry, preferably in a restaurant setting.

Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.

Excellent customer service skills, with a genuine passion for delivering exceptional dining experiences.

Detail-oriented and organised, with the ability to multitask and prioritise in a fast-paced environment.

Knowledge of food and beverage operations, including understanding of food safety and sanitation practices.

Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
